Member A deposits 50,000 taka through Nagad/Bkash. Due to network fluctuation, the order fails to process. After contacting customer service, the member is eligible to receive 99 taka compensation once the delay is confirmed.

✅ 2. Delayed Withdrawal Bonus

Eligible Users: All L444 members

Condition:

• After submitting a withdrawal request, if the funds are not received within 15 minutes, you may apply for the delay bonus.

• If the withdrawal shows “Processing” or “Completed” in the banking/wallet system, but the wallet delays the payout due to its own slow processing, this case does not qualify for the promotion.

• The 15-minute countdown begins after the member submits the withdrawal request.

• If the funds are still not received after 15 minutes, the user is eligible to apply.

• Delays caused by the official wallet provider are not included in this promotion.
